Beatriz Rose, APRN-C

Beatriz Rose is an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner who earned her Master's of Science in Nursing from the University of South Florida in 2018. Thanks to her adeptness and dedication she has earned an academic achievement award as well as cum laude status in her undergraduate nursing degree. This passion to strive for excellence lead her to subsequently graduate with honors from her professional graduate program.

She has a professional background in Pulmonary-Critical Care and Interventional Cardiology. Over the years, Beatriz has learned that both chronic and acute pain poses considerable challenges to individuals during illness recovery. It also impacts activities of daily living and quality of life. This has lead her to pursue Interventional Pain Management at Southwest Florida Pain Center alongside the highly devoted Dr.Ball. Her goal is to offer patients focused individualized care that will alleviate their pain and thus improve functional status. She is thrilled to be part of a team who continues to excel in the field of pain management.

Beatriz wants to improve the quality of life for all of those around her. She believes in “patient centered care” a collaborative process between patient and provider which optimizes the priorities of the patient. She intends to tailor evidenced based practice into personalized treatment plans that are unique to the individual.

Beatriz is native to Miami, Florida and a bilingual first generation Cuban-American. She currently lives with her husband and two Maltipoos in Charlotte County. Her favorite activities include traveling, boating, gardening, and hiking. She is grateful to serve her community and help improve the lives of others.
