Dailyn Hernandez-Martinez
Dailyn Hernandez-Martinez is a board-certified Adult–Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, earning her master’s degree in May 2025 after completing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Rasmussen University in Fort Myers, Florida. With several years of experience across hospital and community settings, Dailyn is passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered care and empowering others to achieve optimal health.
Born in Cuba and raised in the United States, Dailyn’s journey has shaped her dedication to excellence and service. She is excited to begin her new role at Southwest Florida Pain Management Center, where she looks forward to helping patients reduce pain, restore function, and return to their best quality of life.
Outside of her professional life, Dailyn enjoys spending time with her family, going to the beach with her daughters to watch the sunset, and singing karaoke. These moments of joy and connection inspire her to bring the same warmth and positivity into her work with patients and colleagues.
