L. K. VALENTE, M.D. is board certified in Pain Management. He graduated Tulane University and did a Surgical Residency at New York University / New York Infirmary and an Anesthesia Residency and Fellowship at New York Medical College. Dr. Valente has been Director of South West Florida Pain Center for 12 years. He is clinical instructor for Mylotec, Inc. on spinal canal endoscopy and a regular lecturer at the Medical Education and Research Institute in Memphis, TN.

ABE E. ACOSTA, M.D., is board certified in Pain Management. Dr. Acosta completed his lInternal Medicine Internship and Anesthesia Residency at New York Medical College. He has been Associate Director of South West Florida Pain Center for 12 years and is involved in ongoing FDA funded studies along with New York Medical College on Complex Regional Pain Syndrome.
