What to Expect at our Office
You will be given an appointment at your convenience. Once you make an appointment, a medical questionnaire will be mailed to you. You will be asked to fill in that questionnaire and bring it with you on the day of your appointment. You will also be asked to bring any previous records related to your pain, including any X-ray, CAT scan, or MRI reports.
At our pain management clinic you will be evaluated by a pain management physician and every effort will be made to diagnose your disease. After the diagnosis is made, a treatment plan will be made and discussed with you. Your treatment plan is based upon various services available.
Any blocks or injections are done right here in our State Certified Office Surgery Suites. We also use C-arm x-ray to document placement of the needle and increase your safety.
Patient Counseling
We frequently refer our patients for Psychiatric counseling. We advocate behavioral modification programs which help our patients and provide them with moral support.
Patient Education
We also present a lecture series on various disease states to educate our patients. These lectures are available on location or via our web site.
