What to Expect at our Office

You will be given an appointment at your convenience. Once you make an appointment, a medical questionnaire will be mailed to you. You will be asked to fill in that questionnaire and bring it with you on the day of your appointment. You will also be asked to bring any previous records related to your pain, including any X-ray, CAT scan, or MRI reports.

At our pain management center you will be evaluated by a pain management physician and a treatment plan will be developed and discussed with you. Your treatment plan is an individual program to help you achieve reduction or elimination of your pain.

Injections and nerve ablations are done right here in our State Certified Office Surgery Suites.  We will provide you with sedation and be sure you are comfortable throughout your treatment.
